Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Custom, personalized, or specially commissioned items are final sale and cannot be returned.
